1. Scope

Ziri Dev provides website design, development, redesign, landing page creation, e-commerce implementation, mobile application development and related digital services.

Information displayed on this website is for general information only and may be updated at any time.

2. Quotes and project validation

Any quote, audit or estimate shared through this website is indicative unless a separate written agreement confirms the exact scope, timeline, pricing, revisions and delivery conditions.

A project starts only after mutual agreement on scope and, where applicable, payment of an initial deposit.

3. Payments

• Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid according to the payment schedule specified in the quote or invoice.
• Late payments may delay milestones, launch, support or handover.
• Third-party costs such as paid plugins, hosting plans, domain names, advertising budgets or external services are not included unless clearly stated.

4. Intellectual property

Unless a contract states otherwise, source files, design files and development assets remain the property of Ziri Dev until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, the client receives the usage rights or ownership transfer expressly described in the applicable project agreement.

5. Liability

We aim to provide accurate information and reliable technical execution, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or the absence of all bugs, outages or third-party service issues.

6. Client content and compliance

The client remains responsible for the legality, accuracy and ownership of the content, images, trademarks and files supplied for a project. The client must ensure they hold the rights required to use such materials.

We may refuse content or requests that are unlawful, deceptive, abusive or incompatible with applicable regulations.
